In 2004 we take part in a distant learning project together with The Banks Association of Turkey prepare tests via internet for some personnel who take part in the Capital Market Boards of Turkey exams. Later this partnership enabled us to serve more than twelve banks in Turkey separately. For the time being Detay is a one of the well known and respectful training companies in the field of preparation for those exams.

On the other hand from 2003 onwards Detay is working with eight of twelve pension companies established in Turkey. Detay is giving training for two different issues. While giving training support for new personnel who should take part in Pension Monitoring Center Exams, there is a second type of our training support for experts that want to achieve their capacity.

From 2006 onwards we have an employment project with Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik, one of the largest pension companies in Turkey. In this project fresh university graduates are given a 6 days face to face training supported by
e-learning. After the training they take the licensing exam of intermediaries which is a necessity to become an intermediary. The applicant who is able to pass the licensing exam will be directly employed by the pension company.

The same project has been finalized for another pension company, Garanti Emeklilik, in 2007.

Both of the pension companies are subsidiaries of well known banks in Turkey. With these two projects we helped 120 university graduates to be employed by those two firms since 2006.
